Ocean Trawler Challenge
We are excited to announce we will be taking part in the Ocean Trawler Challenge. This is a recycling initiative developed by the British Ironworks in Shropshire designed to reduce the amount of plastics and micro plastics going to landfill.

They will be providing a giant net to be used to collect unwanted crisp and confectionary packets. We will be competing with other schools to fill our net with the most packets. The school with the most will be able to loan Coral the Clownfish.
Did you know?
The UK discards 16 million crisp packets a day. That adds up to 6 billion a year! Crisp packets continue to be found intact after 33 years. They damage the environment and our wildlife world wide.
We cant wait to start the challenge!
