In addition, please do not send any medication into school with your child.
We cannot give your child medicine unless you complete and sign the digital form in school with a member of our Senior Team.
Medicines must be in the original container as dispensed by the pharmacy with your child's details printed on them.
Our policy states that parents are responsible for:
• Keeping the school informed about any changes to their child’s health.
• Completing an Administering Medication Parental Consent Form prior to them or their child bringing any medication into school.
• Discussing medication with their child prior to requesting that a staff member administer the medication.
