Here at Belgrave, staff are committed to providing:

An inclusive, child-centred curriculum that challenges learners of all abilities and needs. This is a curriculum that will teach our children the skills and 'habits of mind' : Independence, Resilience and Creativity that equip them for life in the future and a currriculum that is creative, inspiring and fun!

We inspire children to be enthusiastic, confident learners. Our staff model passion and creativity, encouraging pupils to ask questions, explore ideas, and develop interests that excite them.

We believe every child can succeed. By setting high expectations, offering personalised support, and celebrating all achievements - academic, social, and personal - we help children grow into resilient, capable, and proud learners.

We firmly believe in establishing effective home school partnerships from Reception through to Year 6. This is fostered through our open door policy, curriculum workshops, class newsletters, Class Dojo communication and a wide range of social events organised by the PTA. You will be able to read our monthly newsletter on the website which will give you an insight to life at the school; as will the photographs of learning inside and outside of the classroom. The Class Pages will also show you what is happening in the classrooms which is a summary of the achievements posted regularly through the week on Class Dojo.

Belgrave Primary School is part of a multi-academy trust, The Learning Trust.  The best way to find out about life at Belgrave is to come and see for yourselves. Information about visits can be found under the Prospective Parents tab above.
